Lawdragon’s list acknowledges significant litigation funders who offer financial resources that “enable litigators and law firms to extend their reach in the types of matters they take on, their strategic pathways, and the enhanced access to justice they provide.” Honorees are selected via a proprietary process that incorporates journalistic research, peer and expert vetting, and submissions.
“We’re honored to have so many of our team members recognized for their talent and hard work on behalf of leading global law firms, corporate claimholders, and universities,” said Tim Farrell, co-founder and Managing Director of Longford Capital. “Our consistent presence on this list is a reflection of our ongoing commitment to our values and never-ending pursuit of innovation at the forefront of litigation finance.”
Lawdragon has reported on leaders in litigation finance for 10 years, alongside legal consultants and advisors. Reflecting the growing impact of litigation finance on litigation globally, Lawdragon launched the Global 100 Leaders in Litigation Finance list in 2020.
